At The Japanese Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Japanese gift wrapping and protective boxes to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect, resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please remember to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
